Job Mandate

​

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web applications that align with our brand’s vision. Reporting to the Head of Digital Development, you will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences that resonate with our clients. If you are passionate about front-end technologies and eager to make an impact in the travel industry, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

​

• Develop responsive, visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and user-centric designs.

• Optimize web applications for speed and scalability, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

• Maintain and improve existing web applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other web services.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital offerings.

The Ideal Candidate Will...

​

• Have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Possess strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

​

• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards is a plus.
