About The Role
What you'll do.
We're looking for a Partnership Development Manager to open and nurture B2B channels — travel advisors, luxury concierge services, corporate travel desks and private banks whose clients are exactly the kind of travelers we serve. This is about long-term relationships, not cold outreach.
Who This Is For
A natural connector who's been in the luxury travel or hospitality space long enough to have a real network. You understand that the best partnerships are built on trust and mutual value, not commission spreadsheets. You're equally comfortable at a trade show in Cannes and on a video call with a boutique advisor in New York.
Day To Day
Responsibilities.
-
01
Identify and prioritize new partnership channels — travel advisors, concierge networks, private banks, corporate travel managers
-
02
Build a structured outreach program that feels personal, not templated
-
03
Negotiate partnership terms, co-marketing agreements and referral structures
-
04
Maintain and deepen existing partner relationships with regular check-ins, trip reports and exclusive previews of new itineraries
-
05
Represent Hamilton & Chase at travel trade events, conferences and networking dinners
-
06
Track partner-sourced revenue and report monthly on pipeline health and conversion
Must Haves
What we're looking for.
-
5+ years in business development, partnerships or key account management in luxury travel, hospitality or high-net-worth services
-
An existing network of travel advisors, concierge services or affluent-market contacts in Europe or North America
-
Proven track record of closing and growing B2B partnerships with measurable revenue impact
-
Polished communication — you write emails people actually reply to and present with authority in person
-
Willingness to travel 4–6 times per year for industry events and partner visits
Nice To Have
Bonus points for…
-
Experience with Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, or similar luxury consortia
-
A second language (French, Italian, German or Spanish)
-
Background in private banking, wealth management or luxury concierge services
-
Familiarity with CRM-driven pipeline management (HubSpot, Salesforce)
