    Gather the basics

    A single organiser speaks with us first — headcount, rough dates, budget band, any non-negotiables (celebration dinner, hired musician, a specific vineyard). No need for full group input yet.

    Draft a shared plan

    We produce a first-pass itinerary with options where it matters (private villa vs. boutique hotel, walking vs. bike days, formal dinner vs. long lunch). You share it with your group and gather reactions.

  3. 03

    Refine and confirm

    One round of revisions, rooms blocked, deposits handled centrally or split — however your group prefers. Everyone's passport details and dietary requirements collected through one simple form.

  4. 04

    Travel, managed end-to-end

    A dedicated trip concierge travels with the group or is on call 24/7 for its duration. Luggage shuttled, private transfers timed, restaurant bookings confirmed — no herding required of the organiser.

Pricing

Priced per guest, scaling cleanly with size.

Group travel benefits from economies of scale — private villas work out per-head at boutique-hotel prices, private transfers become cheaper than multiple taxis, and guides stretch across more guests without a quality trade-off. As a rough starting band, group itineraries typically run from €550 to €1,200 per guest per day depending on destination, accommodation standard, and trip length.
