60th Birthday
14 guests · Tuscany · 8 days
A privately rented villa outside Lucca, a truffle hunt, a Michelin-starred chef for the birthday dinner, and a vintage Fiat 500 rally through Chianti on the last morning.
Group Tours
Milestone birthdays, multi-generation family trips, wine clubs, alumni reunions — any group from six to thirty travellers, handled start-to-finish by one specialist.
Who It's For
If your gathering doesn't fit neatly in any of these, talk to us anyway — most of our best group trips started with an unusual brief.
Multi-generational trips, milestone birthdays, and reunions for extended families. Private villas, dedicated guides, and meals the grandparents can enjoy while the kids burn off energy.
8 – 20 guests
A 40th, a 50th, a long-delayed post-pandemic reunion — the trips that start with a WhatsApp group and end with a shared dossier of photos. We handle all the coordination so the organiser doesn't have to.
6 – 16 guests
Wine clubs, alumni circles, charity boards, cycling clubs, photography groups. Itineraries built around a shared passion — vineyard access, curated lectures, pro-level guides on the activity itself.
10 – 30 guests
Corporate groups — incentive trips, off-sites, client entertainment and conferences are handled by our Business Travel desk. Visit the business page →
How It Works
A single organiser speaks with us first — headcount, rough dates, budget band, any non-negotiables (celebration dinner, hired musician, a specific vineyard). No need for full group input yet.
We produce a first-pass itinerary with options where it matters (private villa vs. boutique hotel, walking vs. bike days, formal dinner vs. long lunch). You share it with your group and gather reactions.
One round of revisions, rooms blocked, deposits handled centrally or split — however your group prefers. Everyone's passport details and dietary requirements collected through one simple form.
A dedicated trip concierge travels with the group or is on call 24/7 for its duration. Luggage shuttled, private transfers timed, restaurant bookings confirmed — no herding required of the organiser.
Included As Standard
Not a checklist of services hidden behind upsells. These are the things that make a group trip feel effortless — and they are standard on every group itinerary we quote.
Dedicated trip concierge, from booking through return
Single invoicing or split billing at your preference
Private villas, boutique hotels, or blocks of rooms — whichever fits
Private transfers for the entire group, including airport pick-ups
Group-only guided experiences (museums before opening, vineyards after close)
Long lunches and celebration dinners at restaurants closed to other guests
Welcome dossier printed and couriered to each guest ahead of arrival
On-the-ground support throughout — someone real, on WhatsApp, always

Pricing
Group travel benefits from economies of scale — private villas work out per-head at boutique-hotel prices, private transfers become cheaper than multiple taxis, and guides stretch across more guests without a quality trade-off. As a rough starting band, group itineraries typically run from €550 to €1,200 per guest per day depending on destination, accommodation standard, and trip length.
Every quote is itemised — you'll see exactly what is included and where each euro goes.
Ready When You Are
Rough headcount, a window, and one sentence about the occasion is enough to get the first draft moving. A specialist replies within one business day.
